Improving the Dallas Cowboys with a complete seven-round 2020 NFL mock draft.

After another embarrassing loss on Thursday night, the Dallas Cowboys are at 6-7 on the season. The only thing keeping their postseason hopes alive is the less than stellar division that they play in.

Despite being on one of the most talented teams in the NFL, the Cowboys continue to underperform and they have to consider making some major changes going forward. Head coach Jason Garrett is probably a sitting duck at this point. Jerry Jones simply cannot let Garrett continue to waste all of the talent on this roster.

That being said, if the Cowboys can find the right coach to lead this team, they will likely become major contenders quickly. Dak Prescott has taken a significant step forward this season and he has all of the pieces to compete on the offensive side of the ball.

Defensively, the Dallas Cowboys have consistently underperformed this season. Seeing them getting toward apart by Mitchell Trubisky on Thursday night was hard to watch. Even with that being the case, the Cowboys still have a lot of talent on the defensive side of the ball. They have the ability to be an extremely strong unit, but there is some work to do there.

No matter who ends up coaching this team in 2020 and beyond, the Dallas Cowboys have many impact players on both sides of the ball. This is a well put together roster that should be competing for championships. That being said, they still have holes that must be addressed going forward.

In this post, we are going to look ahead to the 2020 NFL Draft for the Dallas Cowboys. While Dallas is still in the thick of the postseason race, it is hard to see them making a serious run. Let’s look ahead and see how they can improve their roster with a seven-round 2020 NFL mock draft.
