Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles have been one of the more disappointing teams in the NFL this season, and that culminated in a loss to the Miami Dolphins this past week, bringing their record to 5-7. They are still alive in their division race, but it’s clear that this team needs major help in a few areas.

Like the Packers, the Eagles offense puts a lot of stock in being able to push the ball down the field vertically (as well as a strong running game). It was the key to their Super Bowl run in 2017, and the absence of it, with the injury to DeSean Jackson, makes the offense stall.

Adding a receiver who can get them back to being an explosive offense is important. Philadelphia has been linked to Henry Ruggs in a lot of mock drafts, but with the depth of the 2020 NFL Draft class at the receiver position, they could wait until the second round. Jalen Reagor would be a perfect selection for them in the second round.

Reagor can be that vertical threat with his straight-line speed and be a threat at every other level of the field. Get the ball in his hands and the Eagles offense we know under Doug Pederson will return.
