49. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Dylan Moses. 27. player. Linebacker. Alabama

The Packers likely get a steal here at 27 with Dylan Moses. If Moses was playing for Alabama right now and hadn’t torn his ACL, I’d bet he would go in the first half of the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Last season Moses recorded 86 tackles, 10 for loss and 3.5 sacks. When healthy, Moses can fly from sideline to sideline making plays. He is a solid tackler and very capable in coverage. Moses likely would have had a breakout year with Mack Wilson now in the NFL but did not get the chance to play at all in 2019.

Green Bay has struggled to defend the run throughout this season. Adding a guy like Moses next to Blake Martinez would go a long way in stopping ball carriers. Due to an unfortunate injury, Moses slides farther than he probably should and the Packers get what could be the steal of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Pick Analysis. Alabama. player. 36. Scouting Report. Safety. Xavier McKinney. 28

Another steal here for a team with a defense that is already very solid. Xavier McKinney has the potential to be as good as another former Alabama do-it-all safety, Minkah Fitzpatrick. Fitzpatrick is lighting it up in Pittsburgh this season and the Seahawks would love any sort of similar production at the safety spot.

McKinney has 85 tackles, 4.5 for loss, two sacks, three interceptions, four forced fumbles, five passes defended and a touchdown so far in 2019. He can make an impact all over the field for the Tide could do so in the NFL as well.
