Improving the Los Angeles Rams with a seven-round 2020 NFL mock draft.

The Super Bowl hangover has been real for the Los Angeles Rams. Just one year ago, they were the talk of the NFL, with Sean McVay dominating the league with an unstoppable offense and dominating defense. Now, the Rams are struggling along at 6-5 and unless they hit a major hot streak to end the season, they will be watching the postseason from home.

The Rams have aggressively added to their roster in recent years, but in turn, they have set themselves up short in the 2020 NFL Draft. It is going to be difficult for them to build properly through the draft with little draft capital to work with. Even worse, their salary cap situation leaves plenty to be desired.

The Los Angeles Rams undoubtedly have impact players on both sides of the ball and could turn their struggles around quickly. That being said, it is not going to be easy if they cannot build proper depth and honestly, it may not matter much if quarterback Jared Goff does not start playing better.

This is a talented team that could quickly become Super Bowl contenders again, but they are currently a little rough around the edges. With little opportunity to fill their positions of need, the Rams must do their best to nail their picks in the 2020 NFL Draft.

In this seven-round 2020 NFL mock draft, we are going to do our best to get the most out of what the Rams have to work with. Let’s see what we can come up with.
