Cincinnati Bengals 7-round 2020 NFL mock draft: Who goes No. 1?
Who do the Cincinnati Bengals add to the mix in this seven-round 2020 NFL mock draft?
The 0-10 Cincinnati Bengals are an absolute mess this season. With the worst offensive line in the NFL protecting fourth-round rookie Ryan Finley for the rest of the season, it is certainly possible that the Bengals do not win a single game. Even if they do come away with a lucky win, the Cincinnati Bengals will likely hold the first overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
The Bengals simply must nail the 2020 NFL Draft if they expect to compete going forward. Not only do they need to find their franchise quarterback, but they also need to surround him with talent. On top of that, their defense certainly needs some work.
Without further ado, here is a complete seven-round 2020 NFL mock draft for the Cincinnati Bengals. Up first, the Bengals find their franchise signal-caller.

Until we know more about Tua Tagovailoa‘s hip injury, LSU quarterback Joe Burrow is the easy choice for the Cincinnati Bengals with the first overall pick. Burrow has been incredible this season, leading LSU to many big wins over good teams. They are arguably the best team in college football and Burrow, the likely Heisman Trophy winner, is a major reason why.
Burrow is an extremely smart quarterback who has shown incredible pocket presence this season. He feels pressure well in the pocket and has a knack for escaping it and making plays down the field. Burrow is not the most explosive athlete at the quarterback position, but he can make some plays with his legs and is not afraid to put his shoulder down and pick up the extra few yards when needed.
This season, Burrow has shown the ability to hit passes all over the field. He does not have the biggest arm in the 2020 NFL Draft class, but he has enough arm strength to make any throw on the football field. Most importantly, he is an extremely accurate passer who consistently places the ball where it needs to be.
Simply put, the Cincinnati Bengals must find a franchise quarterback to lead them into the future in the 2020 NFL Draft. With Tua too much of a question to commit to, Burrow is the obvious choice for the team here.
