7. Justin Madubuike, Texas A&M

Texas A&M has one of the best defenses in the SEC and perhaps the biggest part of the success of that unit has been the play of Justin Madubuike.

The junior defensive tackle has been extremely productive during his time at College Station, notching 22 tackles for a loss, 9 sacks, 5 forced fumbles and has even brought down an interception this season.

These numbers are undeniable and the only thing better is the way in which he makes these impact plays.

Madubuike is an extremely physical prospect that makes sure anybody in front of him is going to have to work. He gets off the ball with a quickness and seems to have a good understanding of the value of leverage at the point of attack. His motor is always running, as his pursuit to the ball carrier isn’t stopping until the whistle. He’s always in attack mode and could continue to ascend up draft boards as we progress through the 2019 college football season.

This is a guy that has all the tools to be effective at the next level and I expect him to be a top-5 interior defensive lineman taken in the 2020 NFL Draft.
