After making their two second-round selections, the Bears do not go back on the clock again until the fifth round in this mock draft. It is a long wait for Chicago to make a selection, but they make the most out of it by bringing in Utah edge rusher Bradley Anae.

Anae is extremely quick off of the ball and gets a good upfield burst a majority of the time. He also shows a developed pass-rush repertoire that is highlighted by a couple of quick inside moves and a strong bull rush where he converts from speed to power extremely well.

He is an interesting player, but his overall athletic ability is lacking on the edge. Anae can be explosive at times, but he is never going to be a guy who bends around the edge with speed and flexibility. His limited athleticism does limit his upside, but Anae is an interesting player to take a shot on late in this mock draft.

Stanford. Colby Parkinson. 5. TE. Pick Analysis. player. 871. Scouting Report

Just a few picks later, the Chicago Bears go back on the clock in the fifth round. This time, they make an addition to the offensive side of the ball, bringing in Stanford tight end Colby Parkinson.

Parkinson is listed as a 6-foot-7, 251-pound tight end and he uses his size extremely well as a receiver in the middle of the field. Stanford essentially uses Parkinson as a wide receiver and he has the speed and ball skills needed to excel at the position. Parkinson has a great blend of size, speed and natural hands that makes him an exciting potential weapon in the middle of the field at the next level.

His blocking skills need a lot of work and his route tree is limited, but Parkinson is an exciting talent who could come in and be a real weapon for the Chicago Bears in the passing game.
