Mocking the first 32 picks of the 2020 NFL Draft including four quarterbacks going off of the board quickly.

As per usual, the quarterbacks are going to be the most interesting group of players in the 2020 NFL Draft. This year, we have plenty of talented signal-callers who have a real chance of getting their names called early in the 2020 NFL Draft. Tua Tagovailoa, Joe Burrow and Justin Herbert lead the way, but guys like Jalen Hurts, Jordan Love, Jake Fromm and Jacob Eason all have a great chance to land in the first round as well.

Assuming all of these quarterbacks declare, there will be plenty of talent at the position to go around. This is needed in the NFL as guys like Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Ben Roethlisberger and Philip Rivers reach the end of their careers. Before you know it, teams who have been set at quarterback for many years are going to need to address the position. That could begin to happen in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

While the quarterback class is undoubtedly loaded, there are many position groups in the 2020 NFL Draft worth keeping an eye on. This group of wide receivers is the best that we have seen in years. Jerry Jeudy and CeeDee Lamb are incredible players at the top, but the 2020 NFL Draft boasts an extremely deep and talented group of receivers throughout.

I also like the talent of this class at offensive tackle, cornerback and defensive line. Simply put, the 2020 NFL Draft class is loaded at the most important positions on a football field. Offensively, the strengths of the class help the passing attack. Defensively, the strengths of the class help shut down the passing game. This is a perfect draft class for the modern NFL and all teams will have a chance to significantly improve.

Without further ado, let’s get to the fun. Here is a complete first-round 2020 NFL mock draft featuring many early quarterback selections.

Note: This mock draft was completed before Sunday’s NFL slate of games. The draft order is not perfect and I understand that. However, we are so early in the 2020 NFL Draft class, who cares? The order is going to change many times between now and next April anyway. This is just a fun exercise for us to get to know the prospects and understand potential team needs.
