Oklahoma. CeeDee Lamb. 11. 28. WR. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. player

I do not know if there is anything he can do to overtake the top spot from Jerry Jeudy but CeeDee Lamb is undoubtedly one of the best offensive playmakers in the 2020 NFL draft class. He has grown into an even more complete wide receiver this season and undoubtedly has some special upside as an NFL player.

Lamb is an extremely quick and athletic player who knows how to separate from the defensive back. He does not have the most explosive speed, but Lamb is a crafty route runner who can naturally create space. He also shows incredible natural body control and fantastic concentration in the air, showing the ability to consistently come down with contested catches.

Once the ball is in his hands, Lambs shows a ton of elusiveness in the open field. He can consistently make defenders miss in space and shows impressive contact balance for a wide receiver. The Oakland Raiders could certainly use a number one receiver to add to the mix and Lamb is one of the best that this draft class has to offer. He is a great fit for this team here at number 11.

Pick Analysis. Iowa. A.J. Epenesa. 12. player. Scouting Report. 59. DL

The Dolphins’ second of three first-round picks come in here at number 12 overall. After finding their franchise quarterback at number two, Miami looks to the defensive side of the ball with this pick. A.J. Epenesa is one of the premier defensive players in the 2020 NFL Draft class and would be a fantastic addition to the Dolphins’ front seven.

Epenesa is an extremely powerful defensive lineman who shows explosive strength at the point of attack. However, do not sleep on his speed and athleticism on the edge. Epenesa moves extremely well for a big defensive lineman. He gets off of the ball quickly and can bend around the edge on the pass rush.

Epenesa is an extremely talented defensive lineman who has a safe floor at the next level. He is a power-based and extremely disciplined defensive lineman who would fit extremely well in Brian Flores‘ defensive scheme. On early downs, he is an ideal strong-side defensive end. On obvious passing downs, the Dolphins could kick Epenesa inside and let him go to work.
