Third round (own pick)

Richie Incognito was not a long-term solution for the Raiders, who are going to have to look into adding some depth on the interior offensive line after this season.

Right now, the Raiders’ interior depth is pretty much non-existent. A player like Shane Lemieux out of Oregon could do wonders for them.

At 6-foot-4, 315 pounds, Lemieux has NFL ready size and is has proven himself to be a consistently reliable player on the interior offensive line.

He had started 38 straight games at left guard for the Ducks to open up his college career prior to the 2019 season, and was a first-team All-Pac 12 selection last season.

The Raiders need to keep their momentum going on the offensive line with the development of left tackle Kolten Miller and the excellent play of Trent Brown on the right side. This line is one of the best in the league but they may need to replace Incognito at season’s end.
