Third round (from Bears)

Utilized correctly, Shaun Wade is going to be a tremendous NFL playmaker.

Slot guys don’t get enough love in the pre-draft process, and while I think that may be Wade’s best fit going forward, he’s a defensive weapon you can use all over the place.

With Ohio State, he’s not just a nickel corner, but an excellent blitzer and phenomenal against the run as a tackler.

This season with the Buckeyes, wade has three tackles for loss, two sacks, six pass breakups, and a forced fumble. He’s yet to pick off a pass, but he had three of those last year as well.

The Raiders need a bit of a makeover in the secondary after trading away former first-round pick Gareon Conley, and Wade can be part of that. I think we’ll see them utilize free agency to land a top corner as well.
