Arizona Cardinals 7-round 2020 NFL mock draft: Building around Kyler Murray
Alaric Jackson missed some time with a knee injury this season, but he is back on the field and playing at a high level for the Iowa Hawkeyes at the left tackle position. The Cardinals offensive line is a mess and they simply must use the 2020 NFL Draft to improve their talent up front.

That being said, Kingsbury’s offense is built on the short passing game. As much as they need offensive line talent, I would not be surprised to see the Cardinals wait to address. They obviously need a competent offensive line, but with such a quick passing attack, their offensive line does not need to be elite.
Jackson is a rock-solid offensive tackle prospect who shows a nice combination of quickness and power up front. He moves his feet well in pass protection and once Jackson is locked on to a defender, it is typically game over. He is a good player who would be a nice value selection in this range.
The Cardinals go back to the offensive line with their next pick, bringing in Oregon offensive guard Shane Lemieux, who has some nice upside at the next level. Lemieux moves extremely well for an offensive lineman, getting out in space well and making second-level blocks consistently.
He also uses his hands extremely well, showing the ability to lock on and steer the opposing defender where ever he is needed. Lemieux is a strong run blocker and solid pass protector who has some nice upside at the next level. He is also an extremely experienced player who could step in and compete for a starting spot right away.
