The Cincinnati Bengals are already looking to the 2020 NFL Draft after an 0-5 start. Will they make a quarterback change?

The 0-5 Cincinnati Bengals are in need of a change. They finally said goodbye to long-time head coach Marvin Lewis this past offseason and hired Zac Taylor, who is part of the quickly growing Sean McVay tree.

So far, the offense has looked a bit better under Taylor, but the roster just isn’t good enough to even contend for a playoff spot. It starts up front with an offensive line that has been put together with free agency patchwork. The defense also needs to add more playmakers at every level.

The most important part of this rebuild is the quarterback position. It’s time to move on from the Andy Dalton era at quarterback, and with A.J. Green injured and on the final year of his deal, he will likely be on the way out as well.

This has a chance to be a new start for the Bengals, a start that could get them out of NFL mediocrity. With a changing of the guard in Pittsburgh, and some young quarterbacks figuring things out in Cleveland and Baltimore, Cincinnati can play things right and find a way for a quick turnaround.

We know all about the race for the top pick to acquire a certain quarterback. Right now, the race is really between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Miami Dolphins. There’s no talk of the Bengals actually tanking, but I’m sure Taylor would like it if this organization would be in prime position to get his choice at quarterback. Let’s take a look and see which quarterback the Bengals could get, along with who else they could take come April.
