27. Los Angeles Rams: Shaquille Quarterman, LB, Miami

Shaquille Quarterman has not had the start to the season that many were hoping for, so his draft buzz has cooled off a little bit.

That being said, I think he is going to bounce back and finish the year off strong to get back in the first round conversation by seasons end. If he’s able to do that, I think the Rams would be a terrific landing spot for him, which is why I have him going 27th in this 2020 NFL mock draft.

The Rams have a need at inside linebacker and could use a guy with his physicality in the middle.

He’s a natural leader, smart, experienced and has a high motor that that would be a quality addition to the Rams aging defense.

28. Oakland Raiders (from Chicago): Henry Ruggs III, WR, Alabama

After all of the early season drama surrounding the Oakland Raiders, they have still done well to play some good football in 2019.

Tyrell Williams has proven capable of being the number one receiver and tight end Darren Waller is having a breakout season. Another couple of weapons on this offense and things could be fun to watch in Oakland.

One player that makes any offense fun, regardless of where he lands, is Alabama wide receiver, Henry Ruggs III. Ruggs is the fastest receiver, if not player, in all of college football and he would be an exciting addition to the Oakland Raiders offense.

He’s an easy choice if available, which he just so happens to be in this 2020 NFL mock draft.
