Athletically, Fulton is as good as it gets at the cornerback position. Some off-field stuff could impact his stock a bit here, but he’s an impact corner who has the length and athleticism to stick with receivers all over the field.

Shenault is a playmaker at the wide receiver position but the big concern here is, does he need a high volume of work to be impactful?

It seems like in 2019, Shenault is less of a home run threat and more the type of playmaker who does more damage the more he touches the ball.

Either way, his skills as a runner in space are fascinating and he will be highly coveted.

Jake Fromm does not have the biggest arm in this class or the most athleticism of the quarterback prospects, but he has moxie, leadership ability, accuracy, and decision-making in spades.

I am higher on Fromm than most. By season’s end I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s in my top 10 prospects overall. I just love how he plays in big games and how he doesn’t care about stats or being the most productive passer, even though he’s very good at it.

Fromm is a winner and I hope he gets the chance to compete in the CFB Playoff again this year.

Despite suffering a season-ending injury before the season even started, the ultra-athletic Dylan Moses deserves the top ILB spot on this list and would very likely still be the top off-ball linebacker picked if he declared early for the 2020 NFL Draft.

One of the best interior linemen in the country, Brown is just an explosive playmaker whose abilities have put Auburn among the best defenses in all of college football in 2019.

Taylor right now is trending toward being a top 10 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. He has such tremendous speed, vision, agility, and elusiveness that it’s going to be hard for teams to rate him much different than a guys like Zeke Elliott and Saquon Barkley depending on how he tests athletically.

Javon Kinlaw is a load to handle in the middle of South Carolina’s defense. He has excellent length and quickness off the snap, and was one of the top players coming into this season of college football from NFL evaluators.

In a draft class a little low on interior DL depth, Kinlaw could prove to be a steal.

Jordan Love has all the arm talent in the world, but some maddening inconsistency with his decision making could lead to him returning to school for one more season.

Still, his raw athleticism and ability to make every throw come together to make a complete package NFL teams are salivating over.

He’s one to watch as the season progresses, as he could be one of the hottest players in the pre-draft circuit as the NFL and college seasons wind down.

After transferring back to his home state from Georgia, Eason has shown NFL scouts why he was such a highly touted recruit.

Not only is he proving to be productive for the Huskies so far this season, he’s been an absolute dime dropper and is making tight window throws, going through progressions, and getting the ball downfield accurately.

He has all of the tools of a franchise QB in the NFL and is showing rapid progression in really his first year playing college football since 2016.
