Unfortunately, we aren’t going to get the chance to see Bailey play any this year after he suffered a season-ending knee injury early in September, but this is a phenomenal playmaker at the linebacker position who can help the Giants in a variety of ways.

2018 stats

  • 115 tackles
  • 9 tackles for loss
  • 6.5 sacks
  • 1 interception (returned for TD)
  • 1 forced fumble

Bailey has been wildly productive throughout his career with the Boilermakers. After an injury he suffered in 2015, Bailey put together a monster redshirt freshman year in 2016, racking up 97 total tackles, six tackles for loss, and four interceptions.

His six career interceptions are stellar for a linebacker and his ability to get after the quarterback and make plays behind the line of scrimmage warrant this high of a selection.
