Round 3, 73rd Overall: Alaric Jackson, OT, Iowa

The New York Jets have signficantly improved their defense through the first two picks of this mock draft, but they still undoubtedly need some help on the offensive side of the ball. If Darnold is ever going to reach his full potential, the Jets are going to have to build a strong offensive line around him.

In the third-round, the Jets snag Iowa offensive tackle Alaric Jackson to add to the mix. Jackson is a quick and mobile offensive lineman who gets off of the ball quickly and shows great overall hand usage in both the run game and in pass protection. He is also a powerful player who can dominate defenders at the point of attack.

Jackson is currently dealing with a knee injury that is forcing him out of action, but he is expected to back this season. If he can make a strong return from injury this season, Jackson still has a chance to become a valuable and attractive 2020 NFL draft asset.

Round 4, 105th Overall: Aaron Fuller, WR, Washington

Aaron Fuller is an extremely smooth and quick wide receiver who shows tremendous natural route running ability. He runs crisp and creative routes, consistently keeping opposing defensive backs on their toes. He also shows fantastic hands and great body control in the air, as you can see here:

Simply put, the New York Jets need to find more dynamic receivers for Darnold to work with. Fuller is an impressive player who would undoubtedly help them at an important position of need.
