Edge Rushers

Starters

Terrell Suggs, Baltimore Ravens

T-Sizzle has been wreaking havoc on opposing quarterbacks since his rookie season in 2003 in which he racked up 12.0 sacks. Now with 16 seasons under his belt, Suggs has 132.5 career sacks and 854 combine tackles.

He has seven Pro Bowl selections scattered across the years of his career, most recently in 2017, and one First Team All-Pro selection from 2011. He had spent his entire career up to this point in Baltimore, but the 36 year old signed a two-year deal with the Arizona Cardinals this offseason.

James Harrison, Pittsburgh Steelers

It took a while for Harrison to come into his own as a push rusher in the NFL, but once he found it he was impressive.

Harrison had a span from 2007 to 2011 where he made the Pro Bowl each season and racked up 54.0 of his 84.5 career sacks. He also has 795 tackles in his career, and evidenced by his infamous workout videos, is one of the strongest players to take the field in recent NFL history.

Reserves

L.C. Greenwood, Pittsburgh Steelers

Joey Porter, Pittsburgh Steelers

Greenwood was a staple of the Steel Curtain that helped the Steelers win their 4 Super Bowls in the ’70’s. Greenwood was a 6-time Pro Bowler and two-time All-Pro selection after being drafted in the 10th round of the 1974 NFL Draft. They did not record sacks as a stat when Greenwood played, but clearly he was a force at getting to the quarterback as a defensive end.

Porter was a versatile linebacker for the Steelers in the 2000’s. He totaled 665 tackles and an impressive 98.0 sacks in his 13 year career. He earned his only First Team All-Pro selection with the Steelers in 2002, and is a 4-time Pro Bowler with the Steelers and Dolphins.

Peter Boulware, Baltimore Ravens
