Second round: Alvin Kamara, RB, Tennessee

Original pick: DeShone Kizer, QB, Notre Dame

This is where the Browns wasted a pick on a QB just for the sake of picking a QB, although no one blamed them for it at the time.

DeShone Kizer was used in a trade with the Green Bay Packers, and it seems doubtful he will amount to anything at the NFL level at this point, which is a shame.

The Browns, with a roster starved for talent (I mentioned that, right?) could have taken Alvin Kamara with this pick.

Kamara was seen as a bit of a risk due to a low sample size in college but he’s blown everyone away so far in the NFL and has been in the perfect situation in New Orleans.

He has 476 touches (!!!) in his first two NFL seasons and has racked up over 3,100 total yards from scrimmage with a whopping 31 touchdowns.

This guy is insanely productive with the ball in his hands and is equally dangerous as a runner as he is a receiver.

Imagining he and Patrick Mahomes in the same offense (it was possible for both Kansas City and Cleveland, in this case) is something fans could only dream of.
