3. Parris Campbell, WR, Indianapolis Colts

Led by quarterback Andrew Luck, the Indianapolis Colts have one of the most exciting young offenses in the entire NFL. Their offensive line is elite, Luck is coming into his own as a legitimately elite franchise quarterback and the Colts have surrounded him with a ton of interesting weapons in the offense.

T.Y. Hilton has established himself as a legitimate number one in the Colts’ offense. However, Indianapolis has struggled to find a consistent wide receiver to pair him with over the years. Personally, I think this is about to change.

With their third and final second-round selection in the 2019 NFL Draft, the Colts drafted Parris Campbell, a dynamic wide receiver prospect out of Ohio State. Campbell possesses elite speed, quickness and overall athleticism at the wide receiver position and he knows how to use it. Campbell creates consistent separation against man and zone coverage and is an elite weapon with the ball in his hands.

Colts head coach Frank Reich is extremely high on Campbell and is confident in his ability to make a mark.

"“We already got the best guys in the world playing for us,’” Reich told reporters after the draft, according to Jake Arthur of Colts.com. “And then all of a sudden, now you’re giving us more? This isn’t fair. It’s not going to be fair. And then you get a guy that runs 4.31 (Campbell) and you just say, ‘It’s going to be fun to see these guys work together.’”"

Campbell has incredible natural upside and could come in and be a real playmaker for the Colts. He primarily played out of the slot in college and should have an immediate role at that position for his NFL team. Reich knows how to get the most out of his players and it is certainly interesting to see him getting excited about Campbell.

Simply put, Campbell feels like a massive potential steal at his current fantasy football ADP (11.07). If you are looking for some upside at the wide receiver position later in your draft, Campbell should be your guy.
