2. Sign RB Le’Veon Bell

The Texans missed an opportunity to make their offense really scary by passing on the Le’Veon Bell sweepstakes.

Imagine DeShaun Watson, DeAndre Hopkins, and Le’Veon Bell being the three primary guys to touch the ball in your offense.

The Texans had the finances to make that happen, and they could have freed up even more money by trading or releasing Lamar Miller.

Miller is certainly not a hack or anything, but I think pretty much everyone would agree that Bell would be a significant upgrade for this team.

Having nearly $80 million in available cap space this offseason, it’s shocking the Texans weren’t more aggressive with this championship window they have. They didn’t have a desperate need at running back or anything, but Bell coming off of his year away from the game could have been a fresh set of legs for this team to ride and take some pressure off of Hopkins and Watson, for that matter.
