4. Myles Garrett, DE, Cleveland Browns

After just nine starts in his rookie season due to injury, Myles Garrett came out in 2018 and showed Cleveland Browns fans exactly why he was the number one overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft.

The 6-foot-4, 272 pound beast racked up 44 total tackles, 13.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, 12 tackles for loss, and 29 quarterback hits as a sophomore.

That kind of production off the edge could have been paired with Bradley Chubb in real life along with Mayfield (who could have been on this list) if the Browns had so chosen.

I think Denzel Ward narrowly misses a spot on this list (spoiler alert) but the Browns got a good one at corner, too.

But Garrett in combination with Chubb gives me two edge players who can win with speed, power, inside moves, edge bending finesse, and both guys can pop the ball loose from the quarterback.
