1. Patrick Mahomes, QB, Kansas City Chiefs

Is there any question about where you would start here?

Actually, I gave some thought to Baker Mayfield in this spot. No kidding.

I know Patrick Mahomes just won the NFL MVP award in his first season as the full-time starter with the Chiefs, but there’s definitely something about Mayfield…

The reigning NFL MVP is the pick, however, after throwing for just a shade under 5,100 yards in 2018 with 50 touchdown passes compared to just 12 interceptions.

Mahomes was a machine, and didn’t slow down really at all.

The Chiefs have themselves a superstar and if any NFL team could steal anyone under the age of 26 around the league, I bet it would be Mahomes.
