5. John Brown, WR (Free Agent)

Josh Allen completed just over 52 percent of his passes last season as a rookie, and John Brown has caught about 50 percent of his targets as an NFL receiver.

The Bills are obviously hoping Brown can help Allen’s completion percentage, and the idea of these two together certainly has a lot of potential.

Allen has a huge arm, and Brown’s specialty is running under the football deep downfield. Despite not catching a high percentage of his targets, Brown averaged 17 yards per reception last year and averages 15 yards per catch over the course of his career.

He’s the type of receiver who can blow the top off of a defense and the Bills paid handsomely for that skill in their offense. He’s obviously going to play a huge role in 2019 as the Bills’ top deep threat.
