#2: Clemson’s Wide Receivers

Did anyone make themselves more of a household name during last season’s College Football Playoff more than the freshman Justyn Ross from Clemson? Making one-handed catches left and right, scoring touchdowns and running away from Alabama’s defensive backfield. The scary thing? That’s only the beginning for this young man for the Tigers.

The scariest thing? You could make a solid case that he’s not even the best wideout on his own team. There’s this guy, Tee Higgins. I don’t know if you’ve heard of him, but he lead the ACC in touchdowns last season (12) and he was Pro Football Focus’s highest-rated wideout in the ACC last season.

Add on top of that a guy like Frank Ladson into the lineup as well and you’ve got yourself a mighty fine group of receivers. Oh, and they are going to be catching balls from a guy by the name of Trevor Lawrence.
