Get familiar with these three New Orleans Saints UDFAs, as they could prove to be a big piece to the team’s quest for another playoff run in 2019.

The New Orleans Saints 2018 season ended in one of the most-heartbreaking and angering ways possible after one of the most egregious non-calls in NFL history ended their quest for a Super Bowl.

While fans are still tending to that wound, one thing that should help is that they have plenty to look forward to going into their 2019 campaign.

After minimal roster turnover this offseason, New Orleans is expected to be back in the playoff hunt but they will be looking for their rookie class to help them reach that goal.

Although the team had just five selections in the 2019 NFL Draft, they were able to fill needs while also landing some great value as well.

They selected Erik McCoy in the second round to replace Max Unger after he unexpectedly retired.

Then they were able to get one of the steals of the draft when safety Chauncey Gardner-Johnson fell into their laps in the fourth round.

They finished off their draft by adding safety Saquan Hampton, tight end Alize Mack and linebacker Kaden Ellis.

While these players are expected to contribute in some capacity right away, there are a few names they added as undrafted free agents that could make a name for themselves as well. Here are three New Orleans Saints UDFA’s that could make an immediate impact in 2019.
