5. Jacob Eason, Washington

Remember that five-star recruit we talked about? Well, here he is, or at least was. We haven’t heard much from the big-armed Washington Wonder that lost his job at UGA to injury and Jake Fromm. He’s back home now playing for Chris Peterson at UW.

This is an all upside and projection selection here. Though, he did play tough competitive football as a true freshman for The Bulldogs. He threw the ball 55 times in his first road start to beat Mizzou in come-from-behind fashion, with a last-minute touchdown pass on 4th & 10. (Video)

Though he had a both Nick Chubb & Sony Michel in the backfield to assist him as a freshman in the SEC, he did not have much mature talent to work with at wide receiver. His leading receiver was Isaiah McKenzie with just 633 yards. Though he did spread the love, with seven players having a receiving touchdown.
