4. Jordan Love, Utah State

Unlike our second guest on this list, Justin Herbert, Jordan Love is Mr. Touch Throw. This dude can drop a dime in the bread basket with the best of them. In fact, last season he threw 32 touchdowns to just six interceptions on 64% completion percentage with almost exclusively touch throws (Great numbers, until you look at Tua’s. Go ahead, I dare ya.)

All of these guys have questions, even Tua has some durability concerns, Jordan’s begin with addressing the avoidance of “driveline” throws. He’s had success at Utah State, but when put up against the likes of Michigan State, despite starting seven for his first seven throws, when a tight window throw was required, things dwindled.

He has a very backfoot heavy delivery, rarely ever finishing through the ball and on his front foot, which gives me concerns as well.

But he throws an extremely wide receiver friendly football, I will give him that. Rarely do you see a wideout or tight end drop a pass from him because of that, but at the next level, he will have to drive the ball through tight windows.
