The Arizona Cardinals are moving forward with a modern Air Raid offense led by head coach Kliff Kingsbury and quarterback Kyler Murray. They undoubtedly have massive offensive upside going forward and could quickly become a competitive team. However, there are still issues on this roster that must be addressed.

With the fifth pick of this 2020 NFL mock draft, the Cardinals give Murray some much-needed protection with the selection of Georgia offensive tackle Andrew Thomas.

Thomas is a big and strong offensive lineman who shows quick feet and creates consistent impact at the point of attack. He is a fantastic pass protector who is mobile enough to handle speed and strong enough to take care of power. He is also a talented run blocker who can create holes with power and block in space. The selection of Thomas would fill a major need for Arizona with an elite-level prospect.

The Buffalo Bills have done an impressive job of drafting impact players in recent years and the selection of LSU safety Grant Delpit with the sixth overall pick of this 2020 NFL mock draft would not be an exception.

Delpit is a true playmaker at the safety position who shows an incredible combination of speed, toughness and athleticism in the secondary. He is a strong coverage player who shows great range on the back-end. He is also an elite in-the-box safety who shows tremendous run support skills and can handle both size and speed in man-to-man coverage. Safety is not a major need for the Bills, but Delpit is simply too good to pass up here.
