2. Buffalo Bills

After a tough season, everything seemed to fall right into the Bills hands on draft weekend. Everyone was surprised that Ed Oliver was still available at number nine in the first round, making HC Sean McDermott swipe him up without a second thought.

McDermott had this to say about Oliver, according to BillsWire.

"“Here we play a penetrating, attack-style defense, playing really on the other side of the line of scrimmage as opposed to staying along the line of scrimmage or moving latterly. We’re a penetration, attack-style defense and we’ll use him in that area, in that regard.”"

Oliver was by far the best interior D-lineman coming into the draft. And he will give 110 percent to become the Nickel City’s next Kyle Williams.

But the right choices didn’t stop there.

In the second round, the Bills traded up to add T Cody Ford to the mix, who 247 Sports had as the second best O-lineman entering the draft. Ford dominated the right side at Oklahoma, starting all 14 games and allowing just one pressure in a four-game span last season at Oklahoma. He dominated and helped his quarterback, Kyler Murray, win the Heisman trophy.

After that ideal pick, they found their touchdown machine, or so they hope, in David “Motor” Singletary from Florida Atlantic University. Although the school is not highly reputable, Singletary still led the FBS with 33 touchdowns in 2017.

He has a high chance to start on this team giving that Bill Barnwell of ESPN predicting that a seemingly degrading Lesean McCoy will possibly not be on team’s roster when August rolls around-and RB Frank Gore is down to his final touches at age 35.

Overall, I believe the Bills earn the top of the podium for this year’s draft.
