Montez Sweat, EDGE, Mississippi State

The Raiders traded their best defensive player of the last two decades or more to the Chicago Bears.

Khalil Mack was the superstar the Raiders’ defense so desperately lacked this past season, and they need to find a way to replace him right away.

Sweat was on the opposite sideline of the Raiders at the Senior Bowl, but he was a game wrecker all week. He has insane length, speed, explosiveness, and ability to finish off the edge.

The Raiders could look to a number of players in round one to address their pass rush, but Sweat would be a surprise given he’s not been considered a unanimous top five player and the fact that an issue with his heart popped up at the Scouting Combine.
