Drew Lock, QB, Missouri

Why would the Oakland Raiders take Drew Lock fourth overall?

We all know how much Jon Gruden loves quarterbacks. We saw it firsthand when he was working for ESPN and every guy who came into the Gruden QB Camp was the next best thing according to none other than Gruden himself.

He fed that QB lust by accepting the role as head coach of one of the rosters at the Senior Bowl this year, where he worked directly with Lock.

Imagine the Gruden QB Camp lasting an entire week with an incredibly likable guy like Lock.

It would surprise many — but not me — if the Raiders selected Lock with the 4th overall pick and then ultimately traded Derek Carr.

This next option would be a bit more surprising.
