With less than a week before the NFL Draft, it’s time to lay the wood. Time to give the final opinion on our 2019 NFL Draft: First Team Defense. This is our best player available at each defensive position.

It’s time to break down the 2019 NFL Draft class on the defensive side of the ball, position-by-position. If you would prefer to listen to us break down each pick for the First Team Defense for this draft class, feel free to catch the audio version of this article on The NFL Mocks Podcast.

You can listen to us on iTunes, Stitcher, or here on Spreaker.

Here’s how it will work. In order to avoid complications, we will pick this First Team Defense based off a 4-3 scheme. So, the players will be selected as follows:

  • (2) Defensive Ends
  • (2) Defensive Tackles
  • (3) Linebackers
  • (2) Cornerbacks
  • (2) Safeties

Without further ado, here’s the 2019 NFL Draft Class: First Team Defense. And in typical fashion, we will begin with the big uglies, the defensive linemen.
