We open the show with details on our plans here on the NFL Mocks Podcast for covering the draft next week. Spoiler alert, you’re going to be getting more draft coverage than you could have ever dreamed of.

Tuesday morning’s episode will be our last  2019 NFL Mock Draft here on the NFL Mocks Podcast. And we are doing it big. We are going to have a panel of NFLMocks.com experts to battle it out for their favorite players for each team. So, look out for that Tuesday morning on your way to work.

As for the actual draft itself, we will be releasing round-by-round recaps each night for you to pre-game the next draft day with. So, Friday morning you’ll have a full first round recap. Saturday, you’ll get the recaps for rounds 2-3, and Sunday we will have a full draft review available for you.

As for today’s show, the first team defensive selections were chosen for a traditional 4-3 scheme. So, the selections will breakdown as follows:

  • (2) Defensive Ends
  • (2) Defensive Tackles
  • (3) Linebackers
  • (2) Corners
  • (2) Safeties

Simple enough right? I’d go ahead and give you the selections, but what fun is that?

Then we hit on some fan questions at the end of the show. If you’ve got a question you’d like answered on the podcast, feel free to leave the question with a 5-star review, or hit us up on Twitter.
