5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Despite the Buccaneers sticking with Jameis Winston, I think we can all see him not working out as their franchise QB. Since entering the league in 2015, Winston has yet to lead the Buccaneers to the playoffs. He’s still only 25, but I think it’s time for the Bucs to move on.

If I were them, I’d try to move on to Russell Wilson. By now, I’m sure I don’t have to restate how much better Wilson is than Winston. Wilson would instantly get this Bucs team to be legit competitors with the Saints, Panthers and Falcons in their division.

I’m sure it wouldn’t take long for Wilson to build a great connection with WR Mike Evans. This offense would be legit. Wilson would bring a dynamic Winston just doesn’t have. That dynamic is winning.

In the event this Russell Wilson trade did happen, I don’t think the Seahawks would view Jameis Winston as their franchise guy. However, he would give them an experienced NFL player. Maybe he would do better with a change of scenery.
