Wide Receiver #3: Marquise “Hollywood” Brown, Oklahoma

It truly is a shame that Brown wasn’t healthy for this evaluation process because we all would have loved to see him show out in at the combine. The 40-yard dash time would have been incredible, but I would have paid to see that short shuttle because the short area quickness is breathtaking as well.

Which I think is why I’m so high on Hollywood. We’ve seen burners in the draft before, guys that have elite track speed, and we’ve also seen the guys that have an abundance of short area quickness. Rare are the Tyreek Hill’s of the world that can not only leave you in the dust but do it now.

Hollywood Brown is that type of player on film. Every time he’s touches the ball you hold your breath.

The questions obviously begin with whether or not the 5’10” 160 pound frame will hold up at the next level or whether or not we have another John Ross on our hands.
