Fourth round: Terrill Hanks, LB, New Mexico State

The Bengals have a need at linebacker, and could take a player like Devin Bush as high as the first round.

The reason they would use a pick as premium as the 11th overall pick at linebacker is that the lack of quality behind Devin Bush and Devin White is substantial.

With that said, Terrill Hanks out of New Mexico State has the chance to be sort of a poor man’s version of Darius Leonard last year.

His production is not quite as strong as Leonard’s was at South Carolina State, but it’s spread out very similarly. Hanks made plays all over the field for New Mexico State, and plays fast.

He could be a sleeper candidate to start in his rookie season for some team.
