Second round: Yodny Cajuste, OT, West Virginia

If you use your top pick on the quarterback position, you have to get him some help.

The Bengals’ tackle situation is a mess even with Cordy Glenn in the fold.

They have had a number of draft failures through the last few years, and need someone like Yodney Cajuste to come in and provide stability in the pass protection department.

We know Cajuste’s strength is protecting the quarterback, and the Bengals could pencil him in at right tackle immediately.

Cajuste has the length, strength, and athleticism to hold up against NFL rushers right away, though there are some inconsistencies in his technique that need to be worked with.

I think he’s a long-time starter in the NFL when all is said and done.
