The San Francisco 49ers kick off their 2019 class with a franchise cornerstone piece in Nick Bosa in this 49ers mock draft. How would they surround him?

The Arizona Cardinals hired Kliff Kingsbury to be their new head coach, and all signs point to them picking Kyler Murray first overall in the 2019 NFL Draft. Because of that, the San Francisco 49ers may be lucky enough to land the number one overall player on their draft board.

The 49ers have been busy this offseason, making a splash move at the start of free agency by signing linebacker Kwon Alexander to a deal worth about $14 million per season.

They followed that up by trading for Kansas City Chiefs pass rusher Dee Ford, one of the best closers in the NFL with 14 sacks (including playoffs) and seven forced fumbles.

Offensively, they added Tevin Coleman to the mix along with Jordan Matthews at wide receiver.

With Jimmy Garoppolo coming back healthy, the 49ers are now under pressure to actually win some games.

This will be year three of the Kyle Shanahan era in San Francisco, and the time is now for this team to start pushing and competing for the NFC West again.

How will they push toward that goal using the 2019 NFL Draft? Let’s take a look at a seven round mock draft for the Niners that could help push this team over the top.
