Round 2, Pick #37: Jeffery Simmons, DL, Mississippi State

Before you hop in the comments talking about how there’s “no way Jeffery Simmons falls to #37,” first off, thanks for reading. Secondly, that’s the way the simulator played it so blame that.

This is a player who was nothing short of dominant during his time at Mississippi State and draws a lawful comparison to another former Bulldog, Fletcher Cox.

Had it not been for his pre-draft injury and a domestic violence issue from high school, this young man would be a top-5 talent and top-10 pick easily. So, for the Giants to get him here at pick #37 is nothing short of a gift.

Round 3, Pick #95: Terry McLaurin, WR, Ohio State

Talk about a void to fill. Imagine trading away the best young receiver the game has to offer…Couldn’t be me.

Nonetheless, Terry McLaurin can do his best to fill that gaping hole.

A blazing fast receiver that has all of the upside in the world.

Should they probably be looking for offensive line help right here? Probably, but hey just be patient.
