The New York Giants have plenty of ammunition in the 2019 NFL Draft to improve their roster. Here’s a full seven-round Giants mock draft.

Everyone wants to take shots at Giants GM Dave Gettleman for the job he’s doing in New York. You know, with the trading of a historical wide receiver talent and all.

And don’t get a New York Giants fan started on the dead cap situation Gettleman has managed to create.

But we all know that old saying, “Don’t judge a man till you  walk a mile in his shoes.” Well, thanks to our friends over at The Draft Network, we can at least sprint a couple of laps.

So, here it is. All seven rounds. All 12 New York Giants picks. All for you.

Round 1, Pick #6: Dwayne Haskins, QB, Ohio State

The Giants have tried their best to keep people from believing they will be taking a quarterback with their 6th overall pick. Which only makes me more confident they will be going QB here.

Is Haskins the next superstar quarterback? Most likely not. But in most scouts’ opinion, he’s the safest bet, in terms of quarterbacks, in this draft.

He will most likely need to sit a dozen games or so, not only because he genuinely needs it, but because Giants ownership worships at the feet of Eli Manning. Just ask Ben Mcadoo.

Round 1, Pick #17: Clelin Ferrell, EDGE, Clemson

Do you want to know what a “Dave Gettleman guy” looks like?

I’ll give you a couple of must-have cliche traits: You have to be the hardest worker in the room, a football guy (someone who eats/breathes/sleeps it), and you have to be quiet because Dave Gettleman doesn’t do distracting.

Even when you’re a top-3 player at your position at the time like Josh Norman or Odell Beckham.

Clelin Ferrell checks all of those cliche boxes and some. All jokes aside, this is an edge rusher that dominated against top competition for three seasons and was the alpha on that Clemson defense.
