Draft Projection – Early-mid 2nd round

Player Comparison – Allen Robinson, Chicago Bears

Even with a poor combine, Harmon should be one of the first wide receivers to get selected on Day 2. The player comparison I have for Kelvin Harmon is Allen Robinson, current Chicago Bears wide receiver and former Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver.

Both have similar size (6’2″ 220 lbs.) and have the mold of a possession receiver that primarily is on the outside.

As a Ravens fan, I would not mind trading out of the 1st round and into the 2nd round to take a true X-wide receiver like Kelvin Harmon (Baltimore does not have a 2nd round pick currently).

Both receivers did not test that well at the NFL Scouting Combine but Harmon is still one of the more polished receivers in this draft class.

Harmon may seem like a number two option at receiver at the next level, but the same was said with Allen Robinson as he is now the top receiver in Chicago. Harmon should be picked in the same range as the Penn State receiver Allen Robinson as he was picked in 2014 by the Jaguars (2nd Round).
