4th Round

2. player. 57. . RB. Nebraska. Devine Ozigbo

One could argue that if Ozigbo had been a starter in college sooner than last year, he might be getting more attention. The Nebraska back certainly has the physical tools: size, speed, and a considerable amount of power. He runs hard, never showing a willingness to go down right away and has the vision to find where the holes will be. He’s also solid as a pass catcher and in pass protection.

It’s clear enough the Bears are unlikely to find their next feature back in this draft. The odds don’t favor it. However, they do have a chance to put together a strong committee. Ozigbo would make a fine third piece alongside Mike Davis and Tarik Cohen, giving the Bears a three-headed animal with various skill sets.
