Nick Bosa, EDGE, Ohio State

Last year, Vance Joseph’s team was able to take Bradley Chubb, the best edge player in the 2018 NFL Draft.

This year, his team has the chance to pair Nick Bosa with Chandler Jones off the edge if they so choose.

What does Bosa bring to the table?

I think Bosa is a scheme versatile defensive lineman who could stand up in a 3-4 look if that’s what he was asked to do, but I think he’s best suited as an even-front edge player who can attack with his phenomenal power, hands, and quickness.

Bosa can move all around a defensive front and is one of the more scheme versatile players I have seen in this draft class.

His technique is good enough at this point that I think Bosa is a plug-and-play star in the NFL, but how badly do the Cardinals want him? They only gave Terrell Suggs a one-year deal in free agency, but did he sign in Arizona to ride the bench?

I’m not so sure.
