The Buffalo Bills have been one of the most active teams in free agency. What are their top needs now going into the 2019 NFL Draft?

Perhaps no team in the NFL has been as active in free agency this offseason as the Buffalo Bills.

The Bills tried to make one of the biggest splashes of the offseason by agreeing to a trade with the Pittsburgh Steelers to acquire star receiver Antonio Brown, but Brown nixed the trade.
