The Cardinals land their franchise quarterback with the top overall selection in the NFL Draft.

Murray turned down baseball for a reason. Do you think he had some sort of guarantee from an NFL team to do so? Perhaps. He swore off the glove and bat and pledged his allegiance to the gridiron for a reason, though, and my guess is he has a decent idea of where he will land.

The Cardinals would be the ideal fit.

Kliff Kingsbury worked wonders with a number of quarterbacks in college, though he also had some really talented players along the way (Patrick Mahomes, anyone?).

If Kingsbury gets Murray, the Cardinals’ offense takes on an entirely different dynamic. He has been compared to Russell Wilson, and rightfully so with his ability to avoid pressure and make something out of nothing as well as his cannon of an arm and deadly accuracy to all levels of the field.

Murray is an outstanding passer which is consistently overlooked because of his stature. He is going to be a star in my opinion.
