2019 NFL Mock Free Agency: Picking where the top 30 names sign

4. Jacksonville Jaguars

No team makes more sense at this point for Nick Foles if he’s going to leave Philadelphia for a chance to start. Jacksonville is done with their Blake Bortles experiment and has a glaring need at quarterback with a roster that is capable of a playoff run if they find one. Tom Coughlin won’t want to hit the reset button in the draft, so this move is his best bet.

The problem is money. It will cost a lot to get Foles, whether he’s a free agent or tagged and traded by Philadelphia as some expect. Right now the Jaguars don’t have enough. Not even close. They are still in the red for 2019 and will need to clear out some of their larger deals just to get close to what they need. It’s a challenge, but one they should be able to pull off.
