They may have come up short in the Bell sweepstakes, but that doesn’t mean the Jets are completely out of luck. There are still chances for them to find quality running back help that they so clearly need. Having Adam Gase in charge means he’ll need somebody who has versatility as both a runner and pass catcher. Tevin Coleman fits that mold well.

The former backup to De’Vonta Freeman in Atlanta has always shown the chops for being a starter. All it takes is for a team to commit to him. He’s averaged 4.4 yards per carry for his career with a personal best 800 last season. He’s also caught 90 passes over the past three seasons. He’s ready to become the guy for somebody.
