With players like Le’Veon Bell, it’s a simple process. Follow the money. Look at all the teams in the league with the most cap space to spend, determine which of them needs running back help and there’s your list of likely options he’ll focus on. In the end, it’s the team with the most money to spend that wins the race in the Indianapolis Colts.

Their reasoning for the move is obvious. They can afford it and the presence of Bell would instantly improve their offense. Think about this. Indianapolis could pay him $15 million this year and they’d still have over $100 million in cap space remaining. If you’re Chris Ballard and you know you have a possible Super Bowl window, this purchase is too easy.
