Jaylon Ferguson, EDGE, Louisiana Tech

Louisiana Tech’s star pass rusher Jaylon Ferguson did not do what he needed to do in the eyes of many at the 2019 Senior Bowl in Mobile, and got some really bad news when the NFL disinvited him to the Scouting Combine festivities after a background check revealed a simple battery charge from his freshman year at Louisiana Tech.

Ferguson’s road to being a first-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft got even more difficult with this revelation.

Over the course of his four seasons at Louisiana Tech, Ferguson proved himself to be one of the most consistently productive pass rushers and edge players in the country.

He racked up 67.5 tackles for loss, 45 sacks, and seven forced fumbles.
